Terms & Conditions:

  • Room rates will be quoted case by case by sales or reservation of Six Senses Con Dao 

  • Extended stay offer is combinable with either Flights on Us or below Tactical Offer but not all three together 

  • Applicable for new bookings only. Booking got canceled and rebooked will not be valid for this offer. 

  • Payment: 

    • Lunar New Year (Jan 25 – Feb 2, 2025) season: 100% of total room charges will be requested to be settled 60 days prior to arrival date 

    • Shoulder & Premium season: 100% of total room charges will be requested to be settled 21 days prior to arrival date 

  • Cancellation Policy: 

    • Lunar New Year (Jan 25 – Feb 2, 2025): 

      • >= 60 days prior to arrival date, there will be no charge 

      • 0 - 59 days prior to arrival date, the cancellation charge of 100% of the full stay is applied 

    • Shoulder & Premium season: 

      • >= 21 days prior to arrival date, there will be no charge 

      • 20 days prior to arrival date, the cancellation charge of 100% of the full stay is applied 

  • Six Senses Con Dao reserves the right to issue black-out dates, cancel or amend this offer at any time 



Tactical Offer


Special offer:

  • One Dinner at applicable restaurant for 02 adults per bedroom

    OR

  • One 60-minute spa treatment for 02 adults per bedroom 

  • Minimum stay: 3 consecutive nights

Flights on Us


Special offer:

  • Complimentary round-trip economy class flight tickets from Ho Chi Minh City to Con Dao for adults, as per villa capacity (excluding children), and the following benefits

    • Daily breakfast at By The Beach restaurant 

    • Complimentary round-trip shared airport transfer

  • Minimum stay: 3 consecutive nights


Staying period: now - 22 December 2025


Payment and Cancelation:

  • Payment: Non-refundable deposit of 30% booking revenue to be paid at booking time. The balance of 70% to be paid 21 days prior to arrival.

  • Cancelation: 30% deposit is non-refundable. The 70% balance is free of charge if booking is canceled 21 days before arrival date. Cancelation within 21 days prior to arrival or no show will result in full-charge.


Terms and conditions:

  • Contracted rates applied.

  • Combinable with Extended Stay offer in contract but not combinable with any other offer

  • The “Flights on Us” offer is applicable for new bookings of minimum 3 consecutive night stay in all villa categories

  • Reservations must be made at least three days in advance

  • The complimentary roundtrip flight tickets are offered subject to availability at the booking time.

  • The tickets are economy class. Additional surcharges to be applied for other Premium Economic or higher ticket categories.

  • The flight for children (if any) will be arranged by the resort, with expenses to be borne by the guest

  • Modifying passenger details (names, flight times, etc.) after booking the flight ticket will incur additional costs, to be covered by the guests

  • Reservations must be made at least three days in advance

  • This offer is not combinable with any other promotion/offers unless specified

  • Guests are responsible for arranging any transfers between international and domestic airports

  • The resort will provide a flight that aligns with check-in times. Any guest preferences for specific flight times may result in additional charges. Please note that no refunds will be issued if guests miss their flight for any reason. Please note that the resort cannot guarantee adherence to airline terms and condition
